ORDERING OPTIONS IN THE USA...

1A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & Amex credit card payments through PAYPAL, the safest online payment system on the internet! We also accept Visa or Mastercard Logo Debit Cards and PayPal. For mail-in orders, send a Money Order or Certified Check (available at your bank/credit union) payable to Sluggo.

1B. TURNAROUND: In stock orders ship within 24 hours of receipt. It's averaging 3 to 7 days for orders to arrive from time of order. We ship Priority Mail from Orlando, Florida. If you want overnight, we can do that, too.

1C. Overnight shipping is available for a flat $18 per order. We collect orders at 9am EST to ship that day (For example, if you place an overnight order Weds, your order ships Thurs and arrives Fri or Sat, depending on where you live). 2A. Online Ordering is super-easy. Click on the the "Cart" button posted next to the size you want, then check out! You will be directed to PayPal, where you will enter your address and card info. Once you submit payment, your order should take 3-4 days to arrive to you. (One day to process and package your order, 2-3 days for postal delivery transit.)

2B. Shipping is charged by a flat rate of $8 for USPS 2 Day per order.

2C.ALL FLORIDA ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO 6.5% SALES TAX.

3. We do not take credit cards over the phone. Please use the shopping cart, or send in a money order.

4. For Money Order or Certified Check payees, please e-mail a reservation, then mail in a Money Order or Certified Check for the full amount payable to "Sluggo" to:

5. Restrictions:
PayPal requires the ship to address to match the billing address. This is to protect the cardholder. Under our agreement with PayPal, we must ship to the billing address. If you DON'T want the item to ship to your billing address, are away at school or in the military service, please mail in a money order ($1 at post office) or certified check (free at most credit unions) to Sluggo Mailorder, PO Box 2004 Orlando FL 32802-2004 USA

6. SAFETY: If packages seem to disappear from your doorstep, LET US KNOW! You can add a note to your order in paypal, or send us an email. We can ship your package with Signature Confirmation at no extra charge to you. This SHOULD force the postal worker to hold the package for a signature. If you're not home upon first attempt, the package will be held at the Post Office for pickup.


FOR CANADIAN ORDERS

1. Shipping to Canada is a flat $6 per order. However...

2. We only accept Money Orders in US Funds, which you can pick up at your post office or bank. Please make it payable to "Sluggo" and send to Sluggo Mailorder, PO Box 3491 Winter Park FL 32790-3491 USA. (As an aside, you can mail cash at your own risk. To lessen the risk, send it Registered Mail.)

3. I recommend you ship your order via REGISTERED MAIL. Insurance is near impossible to collect, and REGISTERED MAIL is the safest way to ship packages outside of the USA. Please add $8 to your total and request Registered Mail.

4. TURNAROUND: It takes about 1 week for us to receive your order, then 7 to 10 working days for the post office to delivery your order. So you're looking at 3-4 weeks turnaround. Please e-mail a reservation to MustHaveFreds

FOR REST OF WORLD

1. Fred Perry is available to you through Sluggo mailorder! We only accept Money Orders in US Funds, which you can pick up at your post office or Bank. Shipping fees apply- add $15 first item/$6 each additional item. For Registered Delivery, please add an additional US$8.
