For Chest Sizing, look at the kids t-shirts below for an example of using a tape ruler. Take your favorite t-shirt and lay it flat. Measure the arm-pit seam to armpit seam with a ruler. Double this, and you have your chest width! You can also use a tape ruler and measure around your upper back and chest at where it is thickest. Add 1-4 inches, and that's the shirt size in inches you should get. NOTE: Our policy is no exchanges/refunds.
