For Sizing: The 3 Panel Skirts should be sized by the USA sizing. They have elastic waists, but a fixed length.
The Wraparound Skirts wraparound the front twice (over and under) and tie together, so you have more lee-way with sizing.
For Dresses, look at the chest width measurement first and USA sizing next.
