For Chest Sizing, take your favorite button up shirt and lay it flat.
Measure the arm-pit seam to armpit seam with a ruler. Double this, and you
have your chest width! If you plan on buttoning the top button, get a tape
ruler and place it around your neck. Add 1/2" for comfort, and that's
your collar measurement. However, most folks wear the top button undone,
so the collar measurement is less critical than the chest. Featured below are the Original 6T's Long Sleeves, which are tapered, and the Polynosics, which are sized big.
