BEWARE movie to ipod setting. If using DV, file is 320 x 213, not 320 x 240. It has a .m4v extension, which won't allow playback. Mpeg-4 works with version 6 and 7 of QT.

Settings Comp Type: Mpeg-4 Video . FR: 15 Keyframes: ever 5 frames Data Rate: 700 kbit/sec Qual: best
Export size: 320 x 240
Sound: AAC Mono 32 KHZ AAC Encoder: 32 Prep for internet: Fast Start
This bumps out an MOV

Creating a screen shot:
Open QT Player and Movie. CMD SHIFT 4. Find snapshot. Double Click. Save as Jpeg.
Upload to blogger
click to get link
To prevent spam: select : Anyone. Show words- yes. Enable. Yes. (that's annoying, but ...)

Attracting an audience:
feedburner.com
set up acount. Click publicize tab. Chicklet chooser. Copy code in text field.
Go to Blogger. Click gear (change settings). Click Template. Scroll down to bottom of text field for | Power Blogger code.
Put cursor above that and copy feedburner code.

Directories:
Fireant.tv: click directory button and log in. Click add your channel link.
