DV REBELS GUIDE AND APPLE UNCOMPRESSED

Ugh. On page 236-237 of DV Rebels guide we are given very clear instructions as to how to export clips for fixin' in after effects. Of note " The only way to render in "YUV" is to specify a YUV codec as your output format. Luckily, FC comes with one that's perfect for the task: Apple Uncompressed 10bit. Export to this codec and you'll have nice, uncompressed plates with the full dynamic range of the source material."
Unfortunately, the png file has my complete list of codecs.
I asked if Uncompressed 10 bit 4:2:2 was the codec to use.
Stu's reply was " Apple Uncompressed is an RGB codec, so it won't work anyway"
I am very confused. I'll get an answer soon enough.

Stu of DV Rebel's Guide posted a reply that indeed you SHOULD encode to the Uncompressed 10 bit 4:2:2 on output BEFORE going to After Effects 7. Thanks, Stu. You rule!
